College Avenue between Broadway and Alcatraz Avenue, near Rockridge BART station
The City of Oakland is proposing bicycle and pedestrian safety improvements along College Avenue near the Rockridge BART station, in an early design stage funded by Caldecott Settlement Agreement funds and a Safe Routes to Transit grant. A public meeting was scheduled for September 30.
