About these names

Bylines are read from the scanned pages, so this list is only as good as the scan. Early issues were typed and photographed rather than typeset, and far fewer of their stories carry a readable byline, so the 1980s and 1990s are thinly represented here compared with the years either side. Spellings that differ by a letter are left as separate names rather than merged, because two neighbors can share a surname. This is a reader’s project, not an official publication — more about that here.
