A $12 million renovation of Studio One Art Center at 365 45th Street in Temescal, funded by Measure DD. The Oakland City Council approved a Light Pylons public art installation by Cork Marcheschi for the building's exterior. Construction is expected to take 18 months with completion in late 2007.
