Developers of the Medical Insurance Exchange/Blood Bank building were working on plans for a proposed expansion at 6250 Claremont Avenue; details had not yet been released. RCPC invited interested residents to contact the Zoning Co-Chair about a preliminary scoping meeting.

The proposal is for a 24,000 square foot garage structure including a basement and three above-grade levels for 52 cars.
