A proposal was submitted to the city to place a 7-Eleven convenience store at the site currently occupied by White Horse Liquors. Though just outside RCPC's boundaries, RCPC has concerns. The site would operate 24 hours; 7-Eleven representatives presented plans at the NCPC meeting including facade and interior layout changes.
