The repaving work along College Avenue, including South of BART, will be delayed until some point in 2021.2020_11 - RCPC board member Matt Levy reporting on project status
Phase One. The first part of work is slated to begin in the first or second week of February and should be complete, assuming minimal rain delays, by end of the month. Work teams must first grind down the existing pavement and repave it completely (they'll be sweeping every day to minimize rocks/dust build-up). They'll be adding bike lanes on both sides of the street as well.2021_02 - RCPC Transportation Chair Matt Levy article on College Ave repaving
