Signature Properties proposed a luxury condominium tower adjacent to the Claremont Hotel. The Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board (LPAB) was reviewing a Historic Resource Evaluation submitted by the developer. Community group Save Our Claremont was actively opposing the project.
