The California College of Arts and Crafts (CCAC) freshman dormitory at Broadway and Broadway Terrace completed its first academic year. The building was constructed on the site of a former parking lot holding 35–40 cars; as a condition of zoning approval, freshman residents were prohibited from owning cars. First-year results are largely positive with only one violation found.
