A proposal has been submitted for an on-site/off-site beer and wine sales store (Rockridge Bottle Shop) in an existing multitenant market space. The proposal would sell both beer and wine, have seating for 27, and be open 10 a.m. to 2 a.m., 7 days a week. A major conditional use permit is required and the proposal will go to the Planning Commission.
