Barclay's pub is closing and a new bar/restaurant plans to move in, requiring a minor conditional use permit and a new liquor license modification (to add spirits beyond beer and wine). New owners seek a 2 a.m. closing (later revised to midnight weekdays, 1 a.m. weekends). The Board is considering the Land Use Committee's recommendation.
