A new limited-service restaurant/coffee shop application has been filed for 6000 College Ave, replacing an abandoned Italian winebar application for the same space.
6000 College Avenue at Harwood
An application was submitted for an Italian winebar/restaurant in a renovated retail space formerly occupied by a children's furnishings store, patterned after the Vinoroso bistro in San Francisco. The RCPC board was to review it at its May 7 meeting.
The RCPC board voted unanimously not to oppose the small winebar/restaurant application. The board expressed concern about long-term parking problems in that section of College Avenue but felt the burden should not be placed on an individual small shop application.
