Two towers with 15 condominiums at 5666 Telegraph Avenue. Buildings are 58 ft (front) and 48 ft (rear); zoning allows only 40 ft. Neighbors appealing the Planning Commission approval; Commission to hear appeal in January 2008.
A five-story residential project just north of Highway 24, outside formal RCPC boundaries but potentially setting a precedent for the area. Approved administratively, appealed by neighbors to Planning Commission; the Commission approved the project but directed the applicant to work with appellants to address concerns.
The Planning Commission denied the neighbors' appeal of the administrative approval. A lawsuit was subsequently filed challenging the City's approval.
