Plans have been approved for a six-story, 64-foot-tall, roughly 160,000 square foot apartment complex at 4207 Broadway (just south of Oakland Tech High School), consisting of 143 apartments (15 deed-restricted affordable to very low-income households), 3,000 sq ft ground-level retail, and a parking garage for 74 cars and 161 bikes. The project took an 8-year journey through the City's planning process.
