Owners of the 21st Amendment Brewery in San Francisco propose a store on the first floor of their Oakland offices at 5330 College Avenue to sell exotic and micro-brewed beers, with a small on-site tasting area. RCPC's Land Use Committee voted to recommend that RCPC not oppose the proposal.
At its April meeting, the RCPC board of directors voted unanimously not to oppose the project for a store selling bottled/canned microbrewery and exotic beers with on-site tasting facilities. The board asked the owner to meet with neighboring businesses and residents before a use permit is granted.
